The National Entrepreneurship Office (ONE) is an initiative of the Government of Spain within the framework of the Entrepreneurial Nation Spain strategy, whose implementation is articulated in Law 28/2022, of December 21, on the promotion of the startup ecosystem.
This law, better known as the "startup law," stipulates that the General State Administration must launch a web portal with information to promote the functions of fostering the Spanish ecosystem.
In this context, and financed by the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, through the Next Generation EU funds, the ONE Platform is born, with the aim of becoming the virtual meeting point and collaboration hub for all stakeholders involved in entrepreneurship in Spain.
The website one.gob.es features functions specifically designed for different actors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, promoting collaboration and knowledge exchange, incentivizing innovative entrepreneurship, and generating relevant sector information.
The ONE Platform has been launched by Red.es, a public entity attached to the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service, through the Secretary of State for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence.
What does the ONE Platform offer?
Here you can find everything you need to know if you are embarking on a venture or wish to start your project in Spain. To make the most of all the services, we recommend that you register here and in just two minutes, you too will be part of the main virtual meeting point for innovative entrepreneurship in Spain, with access to services and information such as:
- Entrepreneurship map and other ecosystem agents, to facilitate networking, the generation of collaborations between companies, or the search for partners, among other objectives.
- Support service to help you resolve any doubts related to the startup law, processes related to procedures, and the ONE Platform itself, as well as other inquiries where we can provide guidance and/or direct you to the appropriate place to resolve them.
- Self-assessments to help you understand more and better your business model and your profile as an entrepreneur.
- Exclusive content with valuable information for the entrepreneurial ecosystem and sector news.
- Personalized events agenda. In your private area, you will be able to locate events, business meetings, networking opportunities, and other activities of interest, and mark them as favorites in your own calendar.
- Propose new meetings and assistance. The registered person will have the option to propose content that is not included in the platform, such as activities, assistance, and calls, becoming an aggregator of sectoral content.
In addition to the private area, you will be able to access a section of procedures related to entrepreneurship and the creation of companies, as well as attraction of investment and international talent, where you will find a detailed explanation of each procedure, requirements, and steps to take, as well as links to the different entities that manage them, in order to facilitate your administrative processes to the maximum. You will also be able to access a selection of aids and calls that may be of interest to find additional financing routes, access services, or present your entrepreneurship proposal to awards, among other options. And you will have access to conferences, webinars, and digital events of your own to create more links between all the agents of the ecosystem, strengthen the different entrepreneurship hubs, and offer specialized training.

Our mission is to provide more individuals with the facilities and knowledge to launch their innovative ventures through relevant content, access to procedures, and support services.
Attracting international talent
We will support entrepreneurs from outside of Spain, the so-called "digital nomads," so they can easily settle in the country through information and access to procedures.
Providing training resources
We will engage in intensive efforts to develop high-quality content specifically tailored to startups, innovative entrepreneurship, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
Promoting technological development and its financing
We will strive to support technological development through the publication of content and reports, the selection of events, grants or calls, and the organization of our own events.

We are committed to launching initiatives and services to promote entrepreneurship hubs in Spain and connect them with other European ecosystems.
